Co-operative Education students from the Environmental Technology program at the Corner Brook campus of the College of the North Atlantic will be competing for 12- to 16-week winter work terms commencing January, 2013 and ending April, 2013.
The students have a wide range of environmental skills in the technical, academic and personal management areas to bring to co-op employers. Please consider the benefits of hiring a co-op student from the College. Our Environmental Technology Co-op program represents a proven human resource development strategy by incorporating classroom and workplace learning.
You can find out more about our Environmental Technology Co-op program and curriculum at www.cna.nl.ca or please contact Joanne Kendrick, the Co-operative Education Coordinator responsible for the co-op placements for this program. Please ask if you qualify for SECPAP wage subsidy funding for hiring our work term students.
I invite you to participate in the Environmental Technology Co-operative Education process through the hiring of one of our students for the upcoming winter semester. I look forward to facilitating your recruitment, and thank you for your support of co-operative education.
