The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) Newfoundland and Labrador is pleased to invite you to the launch of the NL Nature Atlas!
The NL Nature Atlas is an interactive website that showcases Labrador’s unique natural landscapes. Using the Atlas you can explore information about the region’s plants and animals, make maps, download spatial information, and collaborate with others. This is the first geographical tool of its kind in Newfoundland and Labrador, and is the result of a collaboration between NCC and Grenfell Campus, Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Join us as guest speakers share their experiences with Labrador nature while taking you on a live geo-tour using the NL Nature Atlas. You will also have the opportunity to win prizes by taking our interactive trivia challenge. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
